CV writing tips

I`ll give you some precious advices that helps you to capture any job you want!our first step here is our curriculum vitae(CV) and here is the tips which you should keep in mind:

-your CV is your best marketing tool.
-professionally laid out, concise and not more than 4 pages long.
-encourage people to call you for interview.
-something interesting about your academic history and relate it to an employer`s needs.
-try to include something under"interests".
-avoid overused adjectives.almost everyone uses creative, dynamic, enthusiastic - try to be different.
Now we gonna talk about to do things in CV writing and not to do things

Things to do in your CV :
-if you are replying to a specific job advertising, review what keywords and tasks were used in the advertising.
-have more than one CV format and keep it up to date.
-include enough information to stimulate interest, but not so much that you bore the reader.
-if you provide small, easily understood pieces of information you stand a better chance of having your CV read.
-three pages maximum is preferred, but keeping it to one page is even better!
-every word must contribute to the message - so keep it brief.
-self-opinion is best avoided.
-always have someone else on hand to check your spelling and grammar.
-first part should highlight your personal details, your home address and contact details the top, followed by a brief summary of educational credentials and qualifications.
-second part should highlight your employment history.present this reverse chronological order,(i.e. last job first)
-each professional position that you`ve had should include at least one statement of accomplishment.
-for your current and recent position, you may want to have several items under the job that list your most significant experiences.
any voluntary or charity work or external posts you hold are worth including.
-always include any languages, courses or training you may have done,or any professional memberships.
-keep your CV up to date.using an out of date CV looks unprofessional and may exclude you from consideration.

Not to do things in your CV:
-don`t provide huge amounts of detail about jobs you did years ago.
-don`t include any thing that looks incomplete or misleading,e.g.mentioning a degree without mentioning the subject or result.
an objective is rarely read or taken any notice of as most of them are obtained from the internet.
-if you feel you must include one, make sure you know what words mean such as"interpersonal" or "strategic-vision".you may be asked to explain them at an interview.
-don`t put "curriculum vitae" at the top- put your name in full.
-avoid obscure abbreviations.instead of "Jan" type january.
-don`t include your salary.this will be discussed at the interview.
-don`t include non essential personal information e.g. height.weight, state of health,children/their names ages.if they are not requested.
-don`t include your reasons for leaving jobs.this will be discussed at the interview.
